Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using QuranFirst ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
QuranFirst is a mobile application that provides access to the Arabic Quran text, translations, and related reading features. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Content and Sources
All Quranic text and translations are sourced from open, third-party projects including the Tanzil Project and the Al Quran Cloud API. These sources are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 License. Arabic display fonts are provided via Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
We do not claim ownership of any Quranic content. All religious content belongs to the public domain or its respective rights holders. Translations are the intellectual property of their respective translators and are used here under the applicable open licenses.

You agree to use QuranFirst in a manner consistent with its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws. You may not:

QuranFirst is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any translation. Users are encouraged to consult additional scholarly resources for religious guidance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of QuranFirst.
Third-Party Services
